Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Aeg Modicon AEG Modicon - PLC - CPU Rack & Modul parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Aerotech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aerosonic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Ain816 product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Aerotech such as the NDRIVE30BS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DSP681 manufactured by Aerosonic and we are pleased to be able to service most Aerosonic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AIN816 by Manufacturer Ain816 as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Agfa Brand SE59394001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Agilent such as L9182303 equipment made by Agilent have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Agilent products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Agilent" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ASBDAU208 made by Aeg as well as the popular 1075LTMS01E2000LD original spares produced by Aerotech

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 140CRA211 by Aeg and L9182303 spares by Agilent are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UnidexIII2CWX24005X2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Aerotech.
